I found Pandora and her family in a parking lot in September 2014. Her parents were able to be TNR and cared for by shop workers; I brought her and her 3 brothers home. Pandora was the runt and sick, so she stayed with me; her brothers were placed.

Where do you find the rope?
All Wash Ashore Store leashes, collars and fobs are crafted from rope I find washed ashore on my travels (*unless otherwise reclaimed, ex. Fishing buybacks or donations), primarily in the northeastern US. Most of the rope that is found washed ashore is from lobster pots that break free during storm surges or from commercial fishing boats. However, I also find some rope from private boats, which tends to be more of a cotton blend.
